Super staff are exceptional employees with stronger efficiency and distinct personalities. They are not a separate currency or a new park system: you use the normal hiring flow, then give the employee a role that matches their strengths. The latest official announcement introduces two examples, Kade the lifeguard and Quackso the super mascot. Treat the label as a quality tier, not as permission to ignore wages, assignments, or safe park design.

This guide focuses on the two specialists confirmed in the August 21 update. The developer has also said more features are being worked on, so future staff may use different recruitment rules. When that happens, update this page rather than assuming every hidden employee follows the same pattern.

Kade the lifeguard

Kade is a super lifeguard who is efficient and has his own personality. The official post says he is obtainable through a secret way, which means the wiki will not invent a quest, code, or button sequence that the game has not documented. Explore the normal hiring path and the areas connected to lifeguard progression, but do not treat a third-party code list as authoritative.

Kade is most valuable when your park has several high-risk water attractions. Place him where a standard lifeguard can see slide exits, diving-board landings, and the route from a pool to the medical response point. A strong employee cannot rescue a guest who is outside the reachable park area, which is why the 1.0.63 rescue-range fix matters. Test the actual route after installing the latest update.

Use Kade as a force multiplier rather than a reason to remove all other lifeguards. A Beach map with one crowded tower and a second slide district still needs overlapping sightlines. Keep a normal lifeguard on the quiet family pool while Kade covers the busiest landing, or split the most dangerous attractions between two strong employees. The goal is faster response, not a single employee carrying the entire water-safety system.

Quackso the super mascot

Quackso is the super mascot created for players who wanted a better Queso. Quackso appears in the usual hiring list, so recruitment is not a hidden quest. The mascot role exists to increase fun and draw attention; it does not replace a cleaner, lifeguard, security guard, or food vendor.

Use Quackso after the park is operationally stable. A mascot can amplify a clean, well-fed district, but hype cannot compensate for empty pools, blocked queues, or a dirty deck. Position the mascot where guests can see the performance without stopping circulation. In co-op, assign one person to watch the route and another to handle repairs, tickets, and guest incidents while the mascot is active.

Which super staff should you hire first?

Choose Kade when a water attraction creates repeated rescue pressure. Choose Quackso when your park is safe and clean enough that extra fun will support rating and attendance. If both are available and cash is limited, fix the bottleneck that causes the most objective failures. A park that loses stars because a landing pool is unattended needs water coverage; a park with safe attractions but weak fun signals can invest in Quackso.

The best order is:

1. Keep enough cleaners and vendors assigned before adding a specialist.
2. Test one high-traffic water route and measure response time.
3. Hire Kade if a lifeguard bottleneck is the limiting factor.
4. Stabilize queues, food, and cleanliness before judging mascot value.
5. Hire Quackso when fun demand is the next measurable gap.
6. Reassess the park after one full operating cycle.

Hidden recruitment and responsible research

Kade is described as obtainable through a secret way. That wording is intentionally vague, and hidden recruitment is not the same as a guaranteed recipe. Search the current game UI, official announcements, and legitimate gameplay demonstrations, but avoid fake code generators and save editors. A page that promises a guaranteed unlock without evidence becomes outdated as soon as a patch changes recruitment.

Quackso is the safer first target for players who want a visible example: the official notes explicitly place them in the usual hiring list. Even there, check the current role filter and salary before confirming the hire. Staff wages, research gates, and the hiring screen can change independently of a super-staff feature.

Super staff in co-op

In a 2–4 player park, make the specialist’s coverage visible in the lobby plan. A host can restrict research and building permissions, but the team should still agree who watches the water route, who manages queues, and who handles construction. Kade works best when players call out a rescue instead of assuming a mascot animation means every guest is safe. Quackso works best when a player stays available for food stock or repairs while the mascot draws a crowd.

Do not duplicate the same super employee across every district and leave the rest of the roster empty. Specialists are strongest in concentrated zones. Put Kade at the riskiest pool and Quackso at the district that needs a fun boost, then maintain normal coverage around them. This keeps the layout readable and prevents a single employee from becoming a critical failure point.
